They sat there's a big difference between the 4.7 and 5.7 hemi, probably what it is.I know the 4.7 is a tough nut to crack with hho and mods.

Tough nut to crack is putting it lightly!   I've had a hard time using EFIE's with this rig and for quite awhile I was just running without.   When I did have them working and using the acetone mix I was able to quite a few times get 26-28 on the road.   I'm not talking about down hill with a tailwind Grin    Problem is I was never able to keep that going for a long period of time.   Seems the ECU on this Durango is pretty smart and after awhile it just gets tired of me screwing around with it and changes all the fuel trims back to what it likes.

I haven't built my new dry cell yet but hope to have the funds for that project in the not to distant future.   If you ever run across anyone that has figured out the electronics consistently on the 4.7 I'd be all over talking to him!

Roy have you tried resetting the ecm when you see your mileage decline, that's what I have to do to keep up the MPG's.

When my mileage goes down the tube, after a few days when I'm sure I will unhook the battery for a few and start over again.  When I had done that the EFIE settings never seemed to work best as it did the time before when I unhooked the battery.
Did that make sense?

My EFIE's are homemade, and I let the magic smoke out of one of them, so they are no longer in use.

I'm going to be shopping for materials again soon!

One thing I was curious about that wasn't mentioned: what is the gasket material?

The gasket material was 1/16" neoprene with a durometer rating of 60. I got some gaskets from the same place he did.
